At Lockin Self Storage, the health & safety of our customer's and team is our priority.

​

To enable us to operate safely we have put in place the following procedures;

​

  • Reception and Our Box Shop facility is open by appointment only. We are allocating 30 minute time slots for appointments that usually only take 10 minutes, to enable us to sanitise the reception area between appointments & limit the number of customer's using the area.  

​

  • All staff & customer's must wear a face mask whilst on the premises - unless medically exempt*. ( *if this applies to you, please let us know ).

  • All customer's and staff are asked to hand sanitise upon arrival and on exit at the facility . We have hand sanitising stations at all main entry / exit points.

​​

  • We have provided sanitising spray and gloves for those wishing to use the trolley's provided and ask that you spray the handles after use.

​

  • We have installed appropriate COVID-19 signage which is kept under review.

​

  • We are limiting the staff on site but emergency contact details are located by each main entrance should you require assistance.  

​

  • We ask that you continue to social distance at all times.
